“Vox Caprae, Acta Baphometi” is the debut mini-album from Vox Caprae, an open-ended journey through the beautiful chaos of creativity. The album is a genre-defying collection that showcases the collective’s refusal to be confined by expectations.
The project’s diverse background is expressed with three songs in three different languages: Italian, Japanese, and English. This multilingual approach adds a personal touch, showcasing the intersections of leader Frank O.T. Reilly’s experiences as an Italian living abroad while working on music that transcends borders.
Vox Caprae is a free-form collective of artists and musicians, directed and produced by Frank O.T. Reilly.
Launched in 2024, the project emerged from Reilly’s frustration and self-loathing after he spent over a decade navigating Japan’s underground music scene, where he often felt disconnected and out of sync with everything around him.
Vox Caprae operates under a SOLEMN OATH, a guiding principle designed to preserve artistic integrity — and mental sanity, within the collective.
